Q. When will the tuxedos be ready to try-on and pick up?

A. Two day before the wedding, we will have you and your attendants try-on everything that you have chosen. We will do any alterations that are necessary while they wait for the perfect fit.


Q. What are your store hours?

A. We are open 10am-6pm Monday-Friday & 10am-5pm on Saturday. (We have extended hours of 10am-8pm Monday-Friday & 10am-5pm on Saturday, and Sunday 12pm-5pm from March 1st – May 31st.


Q. Do I need an appointment to be fitted?

A. Not at all come in when it’s convenient for you and your groom’s men.


Q. Do I need to have all my attendants come in to be measured at the same time?

A. No they can come in when it’s convenient for them. All they need to know is the bride and grooms last name.


Q. How long before my wedding do I need to have all my guys fitted?

A. We like to have all the measurements about 2 weeks before your wedding. Please note that as soon as your attendants are fitted their tuxedo will be reserved for them.


Q. How long before my wedding do I need to register for the tuxedo?

A. We like to have as much notice as possible. We have weddings that register as far out as 3 years. This is not necessary however 1-4 months is the normal time frame.


Q. I have guys all over the country; do they need to come here to be measured?

A. No, they can go to their nearest tuxedo store or tailor shop to be fitted. A lot of companies will not charge for this, but there are some that have a small fee. After they have gotten measured they can submit them on our website here, submit measurements.


Q. What happens if something doesn’t fit when they try-on?

A. Because we carry all of our inventory right here in the store we can simply walk to the back and pull the correct size of what needs to be changed, or if it’s a matter of something being to long or to short we have a complete alteration department right here in the store.


Q. When do the tuxedos need to be paid for?

A. We only require payment at the time of pick-up. We don’t see why we should charge someone before they have their merchandise.


Q. I have an uncommon color dress, no one seems to have anything to match it, can you
find something to match?

A. Yes, we have serval options for finding the perfect accessory to match the dresses or color pallet of your wedding.

Q. How many men do I need in my wedding party to receive the grooms tuxedo free?

A. We only require that you have 4 paying attendants or anyone wearing a tuxedo for this offer, however with a total of 3 men wearing tuxedos you will receive all the other discounts or special that we have running.


Q. What does “register my wedding” mean?

A. This is a simple form that supplies us with the couples’s names, date of the wedding, anyone that is in your wedding wearing a tuxedo, and the styles that you have chosen for them to wear.


Q. Can I register now to lock in the special price and give you names or choose the tuxedos later?

A. Yes, the only thing we ask is that you finish up the registration at least 1 month before the wedding


Q. Is it necessary to have my guys come in and try-on their tuxedo on the pick-up date?

A. We would prefer that they do, this is only because if there are any little things that need to be fixed or exchanged we can do it while they wait. If they take the tuxedo without trying on it may be possible that they will have to make a return trip to fix any problems.


Q. What’s the best way to submit measurements to you for men that are coming in from out of town?

A. They can fax them in @ 940-387-9506, call us with them @ 940-387-6065, or use our on-line form.


Q. What make you different from all the other tuxedo stores here?

A. There are several ways that we differ…

  1. We carry all of our inventory right here at our store. Because of this we can have you try on different things until you find the perfect tuxedo for you not a mannequin, and if there are any problems at the time of pick up we fix it then we don’t want you to make countless return trips just to get a tux that fits right.
  2. We are locally owned an operated by Christy Henderson & Michael Burk.
  3. Christy has 14 years in helping couples with their weddings and Michael has 15 years. Both of us love what we do!
  4. Because we carry every thing here we don’t have all the extra cost all the other store do and that means we can be as much as $60 less per tuxedo then any where else.

Q. Will you price match?

A. Yes, we will even go as far as to say we have the best prices in the state, so go ahead find the best deal you can!


Q. Is my ring bearer’s tux going to cost the same as grown men?

A. No, if they are a part of a wedding party we never charge full price for the little guys. Ring bearers, train bearers or any little one is all ways ½ off.


Q. Do have an extra fee for bigger (over sized) guys?

A. No, we don’t think that’s fair; we only pay a very small fee for bigger tuxedos so we don’t think it’s necessary to charge you more.


Q. What happens if I find a better price after I register my wedding?

A. Let us know we are more then happy to change the existing special to any new one that my come up.
